Nadia Oosthuizen is a dedicated professional with a strong background in the property industry, beginning her career in 2018 after completing her MSc.

With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Nadia completed the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Course in 2024, further enhancing her expertise in property management.

Nadia is passionate about fostering positive relationships and ensuring the protection and growth of clients’ investments. With a focus on people and their investments, she strives to maximize the potential of every property under her care.

Karin Budler, with over 35 years of experience in Sectional Title property management industry, is our senior property administrator.

Karin believes in a hands on, and personal relationship, with Trustees as well as owners in the Schemes managed by our BTM.

Karin is passionate about delivering excellent and professional service to the BTM managed clients.

Paul started his career in 1994, and has worked for Compeg Services, BBM Attorneys, Renprop, and De Lucia Properties.

During Paul’s career, he has been a Regional Director, Specialist Consultant and a Mediator. Paul has provided clients with mediation, arbitration as well as general advice relating to Sectional Title Law and residential property issues.

Paul’s experience spans 30 years in the industry. His strengths are his exceptional people’s skills and knowledge of property law, as well as his practical approach to problem solving.

Paul has obtained the Paddocks certificates in Sectional Title Management and Homeowners Associations, as well as accreditation in Commercial and Industrial Property from the Wits Business School.
